How fast will I get my media?

Photos are delivered within 24–48 hours. Listing films are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, and priority turnaround is available on the Premier package.

Is the drone work legal and insured?

Yes — all aerial work is flown in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, with the appropriate certification and insurance for shooting in and around Thunder Bay.

What area do you cover?

Thunder Bay and the surrounding region — Shuniah, Kakabeka, Murillo, and the North Shore. Travel beyond that is available; just ask when you book.

Who can use the media?

You and your brokerage get full marketing rights for the listing and your personal brand — MLS, social, print, and ads.

How should the property be prepared?

Clean, staged, and lights on. I'll send a one-page prep sheet with the booking confirmation so your sellers know exactly what to expect.
